The strategy will be implemented in order to realize the vision, mis- sion and goals of Induk KUD are :

• Encouraging Induk KUD and its network to implement : Joint purchasing, Joint sales, and joint financing.

• Developing Induk KUD business units and its network with agricultural commodities based in accordance with local potentials.

• Creating a pilot business to be a place for learning and laboratory for Induk KUD and its network.

• Encourage business of Induk KUD and its network led to a clear and focused core business.

• Strengthening Human Resources (Human Resources) of Induk KUD and its network based on performance and competition.
